JustFlag.it is configurable deadline management software: an online deadline tracker where you organise everything you need to keep on top of into registers — employees, vehicles, contracts, certifications, equipment — and get an automatic reminder before every deadline. So you never miss an inspection, a renewal or a training course again.

Any company, professional firm or business that has deadlines to meet. It isn’t tied to one sector: you build the registers you need, so it is used by company fleets, health and safety managers (Legislative Decree 81/08, Italy's occupational health and safety code), food businesses with HACCP, ISO-certified companies, accounting and law firms, property managers and facility managers.

Any recurring or one-off deadline: vehicle roadworthiness inspections and vehicle tax, insurance, employee medical check-ups and training, audits and certifications, contract renewals, tax and regulatory obligations. For every item you track you can manage unlimited deadlines, renewals and documents.

You create a register for each type of thing to track (e.g. Employees, Vehicles, Contracts) and add a record for each item inside it. On each record you set the deadlines with their linked documents and choose an owner, who receives the reminder before each deadline. It’s all online, with nothing to install.

Unlike Excel or rigid management software, JustFlag.it sends reminders on its own, links each deadline to its documents, keeps a history of renewals and shows at a glance what is compliant and what isn’t. Above all, you configure it for your own sector, with no predefined structures.
